Some of our favourite jobs of the season have been within sight of Bath’s honey-coloured terraces and Bristol’s green fringes. From our base in Frome we’re well under an hour from both cities — close enough that delivery costs stay small, far enough that we bring proper countryside glamping with us.

Weddings at farms and country venues in the Chew Valley and along the A36 corridor; birthday and family celebrations in big gardens; festival-adjacent stays; and September house parties where guests spill happily from the kitchen to a festoon-lit tent village on the lawn. If you have flat grass and a reason to celebrate, it works.
What bell tent hire costs here
Our packages are priced the same wherever we go: a simple Nude Pitch from £135, the cosy Rustic Bell from £175, the fully furnished Guest House from £280, up to the Honeymoon Suite at £380 — all for the standard two-night weekend, with set-up, styling and take-down included. Delivery is charged honestly at our travel cost, which for Bristol and Bath postcodes typically adds around £30–£60 to the whole booking depending on how many vehicles your village needs — not per tent.
City gardens and country venues both work
You don’t need a farm. We’ve pitched villages in generous back gardens as happily as in ten-acre fields — a 5-metre bell tent needs roughly an 8-metre circle of flat grass, so even three or four tents fit in many larger Bath and Bristol gardens. For bigger weddings we’ll happily look at a photo or satellite view of your space and tell you honestly what fits.
Booking from Bristol or Bath
Reserving a date is simple: a £50-per-tent deposit (we set up a minimum of five tents, so £250 secures a weekend village), with the balance not due until eight weeks before your event. Summer Saturdays go first, and 2027 dates are booking now.
