A local wedding glamping village in Spargrove
Ellie and Phil's wedding in Spargrove was exactly the kind of relaxed countryside celebration that works so well with bell tent accommodation. The tents were positioned on the grass close to the main celebration spaces, creating a natural wedding glamping village where guests could stay on site and remain close to the day.
The chapel hosted the ceremony, the marquee held the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations, and the bell tents gave guests a comfortable place to stay without leaving the venue.
Five 5m bell tents for wedding guest accommodation
For the guest accommodation, Camp Chic supplied five of our 5m bell tents. The mix included a Truly Chic interior, a Guest House Interior and several Rustic Bell tents, giving guests a choice between fully furnished luxury bell tents and simpler rustic tents where they could bring their own bedding.
That mix works well for weddings because different guests want different levels of comfort. Some prefer a dressed glamping tent with a proper bed, soft furnishings, lighting and furniture; others are happy with a beautiful canvas space and a more flexible camping feel.
A 6m dressing tent with mirrors, dressing tables and sofa
Alongside the 5m guest tents, we also supplied a 6m dressing tent. This was styled as a practical and comfortable getting-ready space, with dressing tables, tall standing mirrors and a sofa, giving everyone camping on site somewhere spacious to prepare on the morning of the wedding.
After the morning preparations, it remained a useful extra space for the rest of the day: somewhere calm, styled and practical beside the guest tents.
A relaxed, successful wedding setup
Ellie and Phil were delighted with the finished setup, and we really enjoyed working with them. It was a lovely local job for Camp Chic, with luxury bell tents, rustic guest accommodation and the 6m dressing tent all working together naturally.
