A private-land wedding with guests staying on site
This Sherrington wedding took place on private land in Wiltshire, with a beautiful marquee set alongside Camp Chic bell tents for the overnight guests. Four 5m bell tents for the wedding party
Camp Chic provided four of our 5m bell tents for the wedding. One was styled as a honeymoon suite for the couple, while the other three were arranged as rustic guest tents with five single air beds in each.

For the rustic bell tents with air beds, Camp Chic includes bedding, bed sheets, duvet covers and mattress toppers. The mattress topper adds another layer of warmth and comfort, which makes a real difference for guests staying overnight in the countryside.
We check our air beds before they are hired out, and we use this style of setup ourselves too. For longer stays, we also leave spare air pumps in the wicker baskets, including electric and foot pumps, so guests can add a little extra air if they need to.
Air beds can sometimes feel softer the next day because the air inside compresses as the temperature drops overnight. Having pumps available means guests can easily top them up and stay comfortable across a multi-night booking.

Alongside the guest tents, the couple had a styled honeymoon suite. This gave them a calm, cosy space of their own after the wedding, with the soft Camp Chic details that make a bell tent feel special rather than simply practical.

The result was romantic and a little theatrical, with a Midsummer Night's Dream feel around the tents and marquee. It still had the life and energy of a night-time wedding party, but the guest accommodation felt part of the styling rather than tucked away as an afterthought.
Three nights for a more relaxed wedding weekend
The tents were booked for three nights, with only a small extra charge for the additional night. That meant the guests did not have to rush out of bed early the morning after the wedding.
Camp Chic usually collects bell tents between 10am and 11am the day after an event, so an extra night can make a big difference. It lets guests stay longer, wake up slowly and enjoy a more relaxed end to the wedding weekend.
