Music and hosting with John William
For Celebrations offers wedding DJ and hosting services across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. John William’s offering is about more than an evening playlist: couples can choose support for different stages of the day, with music, introductions and coordination helping the celebration move naturally from one moment to the next.
An evening celebration or a hosted reception
The evening option centres on welcoming guests, introducing the first dance and providing DJ entertainment, with requests shaped around the couple. Wireless uplighting and coordination with the venue, photographer and live musicians form part of the described service. A hosted reception extends that involvement into the daytime, including background music for drinks and dining, microphone and speech coordination, and optional after-dinner games.
Support from the ceremony onwards
The fuller wedding offering adds ceremony sound and carefully timed music cues for moments such as the entrance, signing and recessional. John describes working with the celebrant or registrar and other suppliers so that those transitions are considered in advance. Couples can therefore discuss whether they need an evening DJ, a daytime host as well, or more complete support throughout the celebration.
Extra ways to entertain your guests
